Kuwait National Guard Downs 7 Drones at Dawn

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 18: Kuwait’s National Guard announced on Wednesday that its task force successfully shot down seven drones at dawn within its areas of responsibility, as part of ongoing efforts to safeguard national security.

Official spokesman Brigadier General Dr. Jad’an Fadel said in a press statement that the operation reflects the force’s heightened vigilance to protect vital installations and respond to potential threats. He urged the public to strictly follow security and safety instructions issued by the relevant authorities.

Fadel emphasized that the National Guard, in coordination with the army, police, and the General Fire Force, remains fully prepared to confront any threats. He reiterated the commitment of security agencies to firmly counter any attempts to destabilize the country, ensuring the protection of Kuwait’s sovereignty, stability, and national interests.
