Kuwait National Guard Chief Inspects Site Targeted by Drone Attack, Orders Swift Restoration

KUWAIT CITY, April 10: His Highness Sheikh Mubarak Hamoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Chief of the Kuwait National Guard, has conducted an inspection visit to one of the Guard’s sites that was targeted by hostile drones, reviewing response measures and assessing damage control efforts.

According to a National Guard statement, the Chief emphasized the importance of strengthening readiness and maintaining a high level of vigilance across all installations, while praising the efficiency and swift response of personnel in handling the incident and protecting vital national facilities.

Sheikh Mubarak also directed authorities to expedite the rehabilitation of the affected site and restore its operational readiness in line with the highest standards, ensuring continuity of operations and enhanced protection of strategic infrastructure. He further prayed for the safety and security of Kuwait and its people under the country’s leadership.
