KUWAIT CITY, Nov 30: Kuwait Municipality has removed 45 abandoned vehicles and issued 48 traffic and road occupancy violations in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate as part of intensified inspection campaigns across the country.

The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality said field teams from the Public Cleaning and Road Occupancy Departments have stepped up their rounds to monitor and enforce violations of municipal cleaning and road occupancy regulations in all governorates, while strengthening the oversight role of regulatory authorities.

The Mubarak Al-Kabeer branch of the Public Cleaning and Road Occupancy Department said its teams conducted extensive inspections in residential areas to enhance cleanliness, remove obstacles from roads, prevent visual pollution, and curb littering outside designated containers.

During the latest campaign, teams removed 45 abandoned vehicles, scrap items, boats, commercial containers, and motorcycles found in violation. In addition, 48 public cleanliness and road occupancy violations were issued, and 64 removal notices were posted on abandoned vehicles and non-compliant commercial containers.
