KUWAIT CITY, Mar 30: Kuwait Municipality has announced a revision to its earlier notice regarding Tender No. 2026/2025/8 for licensing the use of billboard sites on highways, extending key deadlines and rescheduling related procedures.
According to a correction to Announcement No. 2025/137, previously published in Kuwait Alyuom, the deadline for submitting bids has been postponed to May 6, 2026, replacing the earlier scheduled date.
The preliminary meeting for bidders who have obtained tender documents has also been rescheduled to April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to be held at the Minister’s Building, First Floor – Wara Hall.
The municipality emphasized that all participating companies must send a representative to attend the public session for opening bid envelopes on May 6, 2026. Failure to attend will be the responsibility of the bidder.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, stamped with red wax, and clearly marked with the tender number and subject without including any identifying information of the bidder. Submissions must be placed in the designated tender box at the Kuwait Municipality Administrative Building before 12:00 PM on the closing date.
Additionally, bidders are required to provide a bid bond ranging between 2% and 5% of the total bid value.
Kuwait Municipality reaffirmed that all procedures must be strictly followed in line with tender regulations.
