KUWAIT CITY, Apr 7: The Kuwait Municipality has announced an amendment to Tender No. 2026/2025/1 for the management and operation of the Al-Rai Injaz Market project, extending the bid submission deadline from April 6, 2026, to May 4, 2026.
In a correction to Announcement No. 2026/7 published in the Official Gazette, Kuwait Today, the Municipality said all participating companies must send representatives to attend the public bid opening session scheduled for the same day, May 4, 2026.
The Municipality also reiterated that bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes without identifying details and deposited at the designated office in the Tenders and Contracts Department on the 10th floor of the Kuwait Municipality Administrative Building by 12:00 noon on the deadline date.
It further confirmed that a bid bond of between 2% and 5% of the total bid value is required, and stressed that it will not be responsible for any failure by bidders to attend the opening session.
