Kuwait Municipality issues 27 safety warnings at Hawally construction sites

KUWAIT CITY, May 14: Kuwait Municipality said inspection teams from the Hawally Governorate Safety Department conducted field tours this week to monitor construction and renovation sites, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.

The inspections focused on identifying violations and verifying the availability of required safety measures, with authorities taking regulatory action against non-compliant sites. The campaign resulted in the issuance of 27 warnings and the processing of 24 transactions, including safety permits, storage permits, and hygiene certificates.

The department said inspection teams will continue their field visits and warned that strict legal action will be taken against any violations of safety requirements.
