KUWAIT CITY, May 7: The Kuwait Municipality issued 15 Public property encroachment violations during an inspection tour in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, as part of a wider field campaign targeting the misuse of outdoor spaces in front of shops and commercial complexes across all governorates.

Fawaz Al-Mutairi, head of the Capital Governorate inspection team, said in a press statement that the campaign aims to ensure businesses comply with licenses for using outdoor areas, maintain public cleanliness, and deter violations of municipal laws and regulations.

He explained that the violations recorded included the unauthorized use of space in front of shops without a license, as well as breaches related to public cleanliness.

Al-Mutairi stressed that inspection teams will continue their field campaigns to monitor violations and take legal measures against offenders.
