KUWAIT CITY, June 17: The Jahra Governorate Municipality branch has issued 135 safety warnings and recorded 23 violations during intensive inspection campaigns aimed at monitoring construction sites and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Engineer Al-Humaidi Al-Mutairi, Director of the Safety Department at the Al-Jahra Municipality branch, said the field inspections were conducted to identify construction violations, verify safety and security requirements, and take necessary legal action against violators.
He explained that inspection teams are continuing regular field tours across areas under their jurisdiction to monitor compliance with approved regulations and address violations.
Al-Mutairi said the latest inspection campaign resulted in the issuance of 135 warnings and the recording of 23 violations related to the dumping of construction waste and debris in front of building sites in Saad Al-Abdullah City.
The Public Relations Department said the municipality will continue its inspection campaigns to enhance safety standards, prevent violations, and ensure adherence to construction and environmental regulations.
