KUWAIT CITY, Apr 16: The Kuwait Municipality has issued 23 violations during a field inspection campaign in Jahra Governorate, targeting shops and the display of prices.
The municipality said the campaign, carried out by the Audit and Municipal Services Follow-up Department, focused on verifying health licenses for commercial establishments and ensuring proper display of prices. Inspection teams also took action against misuse of public space and other regulatory breaches.
Authorities confirmed that legal measures were taken against violators following inspections across several locations in the governorate.
The municipality added that similar inspection campaigns will continue across all governorates in the coming weeks, based on a coordinated schedule prepared in cooperation with relevant departments, as part of efforts to strengthen regulatory compliance and public order.
