Kuwait Motorists Warned Over Road Maintenance in Dasma Area

KUWAIT CITY, May 6: Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior has urged motorists to exercise caution while driving in the Dasma area as the Ministry of Public Works continues major road maintenance works aimed at improving infrastructure and enhancing road safety.

The ministry called on drivers to follow speed limits, obey traffic instructions and cooperate with traffic officers and field teams at work sites. It also urged motorists to use alternative routes where necessary to help avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow.

Authorities warned that vehicles left at maintenance sites will be removed and transported by the competent authorities if their owners fail to move them.

The maintenance works cover several locations in Dasma, including streets 49, 43, 21, 22, 44, 66, 30, 31 and 36, as well as areas near Hamoud Abdullah Al-Ruqayya Street, Al-Rafi’i Street and Balqis Street.
