Kuwait Launches New Mobile Number Management Services on Sahel App

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 14: The Ministry of Communications has introduced new digital services on the Sahel app, enabling users to manage their mobile numbers more efficiently through a range of digital options.

Under the new “Activate/Deactivate Existing Phones” feature, subscribers can:

- Temporarily deactivate an active phone line

- Permanently deactivate an active phone number

- Reactivate a temporarily deactivated line

- Permanently deactivate both active and temporarily deactivated numbers

Officials said the move is part of efforts to enhance e-government services and provide users in Kuwait with greater control and flexibility over their telecom accounts.
