KUWAIT CITY, March 12:  The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on Thursday that its emergency inspection teams carried out price control campaigns in the governorates of Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer, resulting in 51 violation reports, mostly related to non-compliance with price regulations on food items.

According to the Ministry, inspections in Ahmadi revealed violations including selling goods above the set price, failure to display prices, improper promotional offers, not issuing invoices, and failure to indicate the country of origin. In addition, two notices were issued to businesses found operating beyond the scope of their licenses.
