KUWAIT CITY, Aug. 4: Authorities have launched an investigation into a hit-and-run accident on the coastal road in Mahboula that left an Asian man seriously injured.
The victim was taken to Al-Adan Hospital, where medical reports showed he suffered internal bleeding, a fractured arm, and multiple rib fractures.
The driver, a Kuwaiti citizen, was referred to the relevant authorities for investigation. A case has been registered to determine the circumstances of the accident and take the necessary legal action.
