Kuwait int’l drag race concludes

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 23, (KUNA): Kuwait international drag race championship, organized by Basel Salem Al Sabah Motor Racing Club at Kuwait Motor Town, concluded on Friday. Ali Hajji of Bahrain won the Pro Mod category, while Bassel Abbas of Kuwait won the Index 4.0 category and was followed by Salem Al-Tamimi and Sulaiman Al-Fadhel.

The Index 4.5 race was sealed by Ahmad Al-Juhail of Kuwait, while Pro Super Street was won by Bahrain’s Hussain Mohammad. Mohammad Al-Mutairi, of Kuwait, won the Super Street race. Ali Al-Jood of Bahrain won the Street race. Saudi Arabia’s Mohammad Al- Shaqaq won the six-cylinder Out Low category.

Ali Mamdooh won the Index 8.0 race and Sulaiman Al-Uraier won the Index 9.0 clash. Mohammad Bu Rashed won the Pro Bike race, and Mishari Al-Turki won the Super Street Bike, while Moussa Al-Baloushi won the Street Bike event.
