KUWAIT CITY, April 3: Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, visited injured Ministry of Interior personnel who were wounded while performing their duties following what officials described as Iranian aggression.
The visit was part of an ongoing field follow-up by the country’s security leadership, aimed at checking on the health condition of the injured and reviewing the level of medical care being provided. The minister directed that all necessary support and treatment be ensured until their full recovery.
During the visit, Sheikh Fahad conveyed the greetings and appreciation of Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, as well as Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince. He emphasized their pride in the sacrifices made by the injured personnel in defense of the country.
The minister praised the courage, dedication, and steadfastness shown by the wounded officers, saying their actions reflect the spirit of loyalty and commitment that defines Kuwait’s security forces. He described their sacrifices as a source of national pride and an example of devotion to protecting the homeland.
Sheikh Fahad reaffirmed that safeguarding Kuwait’s security remains a top priority, stressing that the country’s security personnel continue to stand firm in defending national stability and protecting vital sites.
He added that the nation’s safety is the result of strong unity between leadership and citizens, as well as the vigilance of its security forces, expressing hope for the swift recovery of the injured and continued stability for Kuwait.
