KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14: Authorities have urged Kuwaiti citizens and expats not to display used vehicles for sale on public roads, sidewalks, or any part of the roadway, warning that such practices could result in legal action.
The General Traffic Department clarified that leaving a vehicle for sale in an undesignated area constitutes a parking violation and may lead to the car being impounded for up to 60 days, in accordance with Article 207 of the Executive Regulations of the Traffic Law.
Officials advised the public to sell vehicles only through approved showrooms, licensed dealers, or authorized online platforms to avoid penalties.
