KUWAIT CITY, Dec 8: The Ministry of Interior recently launched mounted police patrols in a number of locations around Kuwait malls, one Kuwaiti citizen documented a video that a worker was assigned to do a cleanup work of collecting horse droppings in Souk Al Mubarakiya, reports Al Rai. Many were surprised by the use of this primitive method where special diapers could be used similar to what has been practiced in many tourist places in west and Arab countries.
