KUWAIT CITY, March 26: The Kuwait Ministry of Health has denied reports circulating on social media regarding any radioactive leaks in the country, describing them as false and not based on any official data or indicators.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad

Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that all monitoring systems operate continuously around the clock under a precise national framework, covering air, seawater, freshwater, and radiation monitoring stations across multiple locations in Kuwait.

He confirmed that all recorded readings so far remain within normal baseline limits, with no unusual radiation levels or changes detected that would raise concern, reaffirming the safety and stability of environmental indicators.

Al-Sanad urged the public to verify information from official sources and avoid spreading rumours that could cause unnecessary panic, stressing the importance of accuracy and responsibility in reporting.
