Kuwait Handles 59 Shrapnel Incidents, Urges Compliance with Weapons Amnesty Deadline

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 7: Brigadier General Nasser Bousleib said explosive ordnance disposal teams handled 59 reports linked to falling shrapnel from defensive interception operations over the past 24 hours.

Speaking during a media briefing, the spokesman for the Ministry of Interior also reminded the public that the exceptional grace period for surrendering unlicensed firearms, ammunition, and explosives will expire at the end of official working hours on Wednesday, urging compliance before the deadline.
