KUWAIT CITY, Dec 3: The Supreme Committee for the Organization of Major Sports Events will hold a press conference today at 12:30 PM at Zain Company’s headquarters in Shuwaikh to officially announce the sponsors of the French Super Cup. The match will take place at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium on January 8, featuring Paris Saint-Germain against Marseille.
Attendees at the conference include Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yousuf, President of the Kuwait Football Association; Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi, Vice Chairman and CEO of Zain Group; Captain Abdulmohsen Al-Fuqaan, Chairman of Kuwait Airways; and Faisal Al-Yateem, Secretary-General of the Supreme Committee for Major Sports Events.
In October, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yousuf confirmed that Kuwait had signed an agreement with the French Professional Football League to host the highly anticipated Super Cup match in Kuwait.
