KUWAIT CITY, July 23: Kuwait Fire Force teams have successfully contained a fire that broke out at the Abdali border crossing following an attack by hostile drones, the force’s official spokesman Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Gharib said on Thursday.
He said firefighting teams from the Al-Subiya and Al-Abdali stations responded immediately after receiving reports of the blaze and managed to extinguish the fire.
Brigadier General Al-Gharib confirmed that no casualties were reported, with the damage limited to material losses.
The incident occurred after the Abdali border crossing in northern Kuwait was targeted by hostile drones, according to the Ministry of Defense.
