KUWAIT CITY, Aug 26: The Public Fire Force conducted an inspection campaign on Tuesday in the Sulaibikhat Industrial Area, in coordination with several government agencies, including the Ministry of Electricity, the Ministry of Commerce, Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Industry, and the Environment Public Authority.
The campaign targeted buildings and facilities violating fire safety and prevention regulations. Authorities reported the administrative closure of 35 industrial establishments and shops. Additionally, 62 warnings and notices were issued to other facilities for non-compliance with Public Fire Force safety requirements.
The initiative reflects ongoing efforts to enhance fire safety standards across industrial zones in Kuwait.
