KUWAIT CITY, Jun 25: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed Kuwait’s solidarity and sympathy with Venezuela following the powerful earthquake that struck the capital, Caracas, causing hundreds of casualties and extensive material damage.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the ministry conveyed Kuwait’s sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Venezuelan government and the families of those killed in the disaster. It also wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
Kuwait reaffirmed its support for the friendly South American nation as it continues rescue and recovery efforts in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake.
