Kuwait EOD Teams Respond to 12 Shrapnel Reports

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 15: During a media briefing on the latest field developments amid the ongoing Iranian aggression against the State of Kuwait, the spokesperson for the Kuwait Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Nasser Bousleeb, said explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) teams responded to 12 reports related to falling shrapnel from defensive operations over the past 24 hours.

Bousleeb added that air raid sirens were activated once during the same period, bringing the total number of siren activations since the start of the aggression to 89.

He noted that security and emergency teams remain on high alert to ensure public safety and quickly respond to any incidents arising from ongoing defensive operations.

Brigadier General Nasser Bousleib, has urged the public to remain calm when air raid sirens are activated or when the sounds of defensive interception operations are heard.

In a statement, Bousleib called on residents to stay in safe places inside buildings and follow the safety instructions issued by authorities.

He emphasized that public awareness and strict adherence to official guidelines are key pillars in strengthening security and ensuring the safety of everyone.
