KUWAIT CITY, May 10: According to informed sources, individuals registered as job seekers in the Central Employment System—whether inside or outside Kuwait—will not be permitted to simultaneously pursue academic studies. Any job seeker found to be enrolled in academic programs while registered will have their employment registration cancelled.
The sources clarified that this policy aims to promote equal opportunities among job seekers by prioritizing those fully committed to employment. The measure is intended to enhance the efficiency of the government labor market and ensure fairness in the hiring process.
By requiring job seekers to focus solely on employment, the policy is expected to improve the quality of appointments, increase productivity, and strengthen employee commitment once hired.
