KUWAIT CITY,Nov 16,(KUNA):The Kuwaiti School and Higher Education Union has officially confirmed the participation of the Kuwaiti school team in the upcoming Arab School Sports Games. Scheduled to commence next Sunday in Cairo, Egypt, the competitions will extend until November 27, featuring the involvement of 14 Arab teams.

Faisal Al-Maqseed, the president of the federation and head of the participating delegation, shared in a press statement on Thursday that the team are set to depart the country tomorrow, gearing up for the tournament where they will compete in both football and swimming categories.

Acknowledging the significant support from the Minister of Education, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Adel Al-Mana, and Youssef Al-Baidan, Director of Sports at the General Authority, Al-Maqseed expressed hope for the success of the Arab School Sports Association in achieving its goals and fostering fraternal relations among Arab youth.
