KUWAIT CITY, Mar 1: The National Cybersecurity Center confirmed on Saturday that Kuwait’s cyberspace remains stable and all digital systems and services are operating efficiently.
In a press statement, the NCC highlighted that 24/7 monitoring and surveillance operations are in place to safeguard the country’s information infrastructure. Cyber incident preparedness and response plans have been activated as a precaution, with continuous coordination with relevant authorities to enhance protection and ensure rapid response to any potential threats or hacking attempts, guaranteeing business continuity across critical sectors.
The NCC reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining information security and protecting sensitive data. Citizens and residents were urged to rely on official sources for information, avoid clicking unknown links, and refrain from sharing personal or sensitive data on untrusted platforms. The center emphasized that cybersecurity is a shared responsibility, with adherence to digital awareness guidelines forming the first line of defense against cyber risks.
