KUWAIT CITY, May 18: The State Property Encroachment Removal Committee conducted an inspection campaign in the Farwaniya–Al-Jahra area, during which it detected several violations related to the misuse of state land and facilities for purposes other than those for which they were designated.

According to authorities, the inspection teams identified unauthorized exploitation of the site, prompting immediate enforcement action to halt the violations. As part of the measures taken on the ground, the committee coordinated with relevant agencies to disconnect the electricity supply to the affected location in order to prevent further illegal use.

Officials said the campaign forms part of ongoing efforts to monitor state property, enforce regulations, and ensure compliance with land-use rules across Kuwait. They stressed that such violations will not be tolerated and that legal and administrative action will continue to be taken against any party found encroaching on or misusing state-owned property.
