KUWAIT CITY, June 16: The Roudan Futsal Tournament 2016 continues on its 10th day with Kuwait Credit Bank and Docturuna.com teams achieving important victories over Al-Foor with six goals to nothing and over Al-Arabi with five goals to nothing respectively, whereas Sparky’s settled with a goal draw against Al-Zamel Rehab Center.In the tournament’s KFC group, qualification to the next round seem difficult to predict especially after Sparky and Al-Zamel Rehab Center ended in a draw with a point each, whereas Boubyan Bank and the Late Ahmed Al Roomi teams got four points each on top of the group. This means all four teams have the ability to qualify to the third and final rounds.Today is the final day of the second round group stage matches with three important matches. The first match will be between Al-Medmar and KWT Steel, second will be between Naser Club and Balagha, and third will be between Dar Al Muhammadiya and Americana.The match between Al-Medmar and KWT Steel is of great importance for both teams, given that the winner will directly qualify to the next round after both teams won their first matches.Americana, on the other hand, is striving to secure its early qualification into the next round, whereas Dar Al Muhammadiya is looking to increase its score to four points, after a draw of one goal each with Naser Club in the first round of the tournament, in which Americana defeated Balagha.Meanwhile, the 10th day of the tournament witnessed the youth tournament competition in which Eng Khaled Al-Yousef Al-Sabah Team won against Al-Tamayuz by three goals to one – scored through penalty shootouts after the official game ended with two goals each, whereas the Golden Boy (B) defeated Real Madrid by three goals to two, and Suleibikhat managed to beat Kuwait United by two goals to nil.Today, three matches will be played in the youth’s competition. Al-Mas’ud will play against Badar Al-Otaibi, Barcelona against Young Stars, and Al-Malaki against Failaka.
