Kuwait Cracks Down on Public Space Violations

KUWAIT CITY, May 25: The Kuwait Municipality carried out its sixth inspection campaign in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, resulting in multiple enforcement actions against public property encroachment violations.

Authorities issued six violations related to illegal public property encroachment, including the unauthorised use of space in front of commercial premises without proper licensing.

In addition, inspectors issued 10 warnings in the West Abu Fatira Industrial Area as part of ongoing efforts to regulate public spaces and ensure compliance with municipal regulations.

Officials said the campaign is part of continued monitoring and enforcement measures aimed at improving cleanliness standards and preventing encroachments on public spaces and infrastructure within the governorate.
