KUWAIT CITY, March 11: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition said inspection campaigns in the Capital Governorate resulted in 14 violations being recorded against food establishments. According to the authority, inspectors cited businesses for trading spoiled and adulterated food, selling frozen meat as fresh, and breaching general hygiene standards. Additional violations included operating with expired health licenses, employing workers without valid health certificates, and transporting food using unlicensed vehicles. Officials said inspection campaigns will continue to ensure food safety and protect public health.
