Kuwait conducts inspections on building materials, issues 120 violations

KUWAIT CITY, April 8: Kuwait’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry said its Commercial Control and Consumer Protection Department carried out inspection tours of building materials shops in the Shuwaikh area to monitor market compliance and ensure price stability of construction materials. Authorities also confirmed that emergency inspection teams in Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer recorded 120 violation reports for various infractions during extensive field inspections, in addition to issuing three warnings for non-compliance with regulations on the sale and trading of energy drinks.
