KUWAIT CITY, Sep 3: Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned what it described as repeated “heinous” Iranian aggressions against the country, including the latest incident at dawn today, saying the attacks violate Kuwait’s sovereignty and pose a direct threat to its security, stability, and the safety of citizens and residents.

The ministry said the continued attacks represent a dangerous escalation and undermine diplomatic efforts to reduce regional tensions. Kuwait stressed that it reserves its full right to take all necessary measures to protect its sovereignty, territory and vital facilities, in accordance with its inherent right to self-defense under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter and international law.
