KUWAIT CITY, May 12, (KUNA): Kuwait Club secured the 2024-2025 Zain Premier League title with a 2-1 victory over Al-Arabi in the season's final match at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium.
Al-Arabi initially took the lead with a goal from Kanil Al-Aswad. However, after an Al-Arabi player received a red card, Kuwait Club capitalized on the opportunity, scoring two goals — one from Mohammed Daham and another from Mohammed Marhoun — to complete the comeback.
With this win, Kuwait Club claimed its 20th league title, extending its lead over Qadsia and Al-Arabi, who each have 17 titles. Kazma and Salmiya have won the league four times, while Al-Jahra has won it once.
