KUWAIT CITY, Dec 21: Kuwait Club has begun an internal training camp this evening as it prepares for the final of the His Highness the Amir Cup for the 2024-2025 season, where it will face Al-Arabi tomorrow evening at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium.

Kuwait Club’s Montenegrin coach, Nebojsa Jovanovic, is focused on fine-tuning the team’s readiness and ensuring that all players are mentally and physically prepared to secure the coveted title.

Meanwhile, Al-Arabi’s coach, Nasser Al-Shatti, has concentrated on daily training sessions, keeping players relaxed and away from final-match pressure while preparing them to compete for his first title in charge.

Both teams come into the final in strong form during the current Zain Premier League season. Kuwait Club leads the standings with 20 points, three ahead of second-placed Al-Arabi. Neither team faces major absences, with both squads complete and motivated to win their first Amir Cup title, which could serve as momentum for further success in the new season.

The Kuwait Football Association has been working diligently to ensure the final is staged at the highest standard.

The organizing committee held a coordination meeting at the Kuwait Football Association headquarters, attended by Chairman Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yousef, Secretary General Dr. Saleh Al-Majroub, Media Director Dr. Satam Al-Suhaili, Competitions Director Dr. Hamed Al-Shaibani, and representatives from government bodies and organizing committees. The discussion covered all aspects of the event, including crowd management and media arrangements.

The organizing committee has prepared a range of valuable prizes for fans attending the final, including free entry to the match. Prizes include cars, mobile phones, travel tickets, and other gifts.

The press conference for the Amir Cup final will take place today at 12:30 PM in the conference hall of Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium (ground floor), featuring a coach and a player from each team. The technical meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM at the same stadium.
