KUWAIT CITY, April 29: The Kuwaiti Cabinet has announced the suspension of work across all ministries, government agencies, authorities, and public institutions on the occasion of the Arafat Day and Eid Al-Adha holidays for the year 1446 AH.
According to a Cabinet statement issued during its weekly session held Tuesday and chaired by Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, public sector holidays will span four days — from Thursday, June 5 to Sunday, June 8, 2025. Monday, June 9, has been designated as a day of rest.
Work in the public sector will resume on Tuesday, June 10. Cabinet noted that entities with special operational requirements will have their holiday schedules set by the relevant authorities in line with public interest. (KUNA)
