KUWAIT CITY, Nov 15: Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, the head of the Meteorological Department, has predicted that there will be moderate to substantial rainfall in Kuwait's residential areas in the evening, which will gradually decrease to lighter showers after midnight. Al-Qarawi stated that the possibility of rain will continue until Thursday morning, as the country is expected to be affected by a surface depression extension, which coincides with the presence of an upper atmospheric depression.
