KUWAIT CITY, March 19: The Kuwait Ministry of Interior announced on Thursday that its bomb disposal teams responded to 21 reports of falling debris over the past 24 hours, following defensive interceptions of attacks attributed to Iran. Since the onset of hostilities, security teams have handled a total of 442 such reports.
Nasser Bouslaib, Director General of the General Department of Public Relations and Security Media, said specialized teams were immediately deployed to secure affected sites and ensure public safety.
Sirens were activated four times in the past 24 hours, bringing the total siren activations since the start of the escalation to 98. Bouslaib advised the public to follow security instructions calmly when sirens sound in malls or other public areas, using emergency exits without crowding.
He praised the coordinated efforts of the Ministries of Defense and Interior, the National Guard, and the General Fire Force for their dedication in protecting citizens and residents, calling their service a source of pride and gratitude for the nation. (KUNA)
