KUWAIT CITY, May 25: Kuwait’s Public Authority for Industry (PAI) has begun procedures to withdraw several industrial plots following ministerial decisions published in the Official Gazette Al-Kuwait Al-Youm on May 24, 2026.

The authority announced on Monday that official notifications have been issued to users of the affected plots, instructing them to vacate the properties of all occupancies and hand them over within the timeframe specified under Ministerial Resolution No. 8 of 2026.

PAI also stressed that all outstanding financial dues owed to the authority must be fully settled before the completion of the evacuation and handover process. It warned that financial penalties may be imposed on parties failing to comply with the deadlines set for returning the plots.

The authority affirmed its seriousness in enforcing the withdrawal decisions and said it would take all necessary legal and administrative measures to recover the industrial plots in accordance with regulations.
