KUWAIT CITY, May 11: Kuwait Municipality said its department in Ahmadi Governorate carried out an inspection campaign in the Mahboula area, resulting in the removal of three illegal makeshift market sites found to be in violation of public cleanliness and road works regulations.

The municipality said the campaign targeted unauthorized markets and street encroachments that breached laws related to cleaning and road use.

Authorities confirmed that the violating sites were removed as part of ongoing efforts to maintain public order, improve sanitation standards and prevent unlicensed commercial activities in residential areas.

The municipality added that inspection teams will continue field campaigns across different areas to monitor violations and enforce municipal regulations.
