KUWAIT CITY, Mar 27: Kuwait’s Armed Forces said they intercepted and destroyed four hostile ballistic missiles within the country’s airspace over the past 24 hours, according to a statement issued by official spokesperson Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi.
The statement added that a cruise missile targeting Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port was detected, causing material damage but no casualties. Authorities also confirmed that three hostile drones were intercepted and destroyed, while an additional four drones targeted both Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port and Shuwaikh Port, resulting in further material damage without any reported injuries.
The Kuwaiti Armed Forces reaffirmed their full readiness to defend the country, emphasizing their commitment to safeguarding national security and sovereignty.
