The campaign was supervised by Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs, Major General Hamed Manahi Al-Dawas, along with several senior security officials. The operation was carried out in coordination with the General Fire Force, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Public Authority for Manpower.

During the campaign, a total of 207 individuals of different nationalities were arrested. Upon reviewing their official documents and work permits, authorities discovered that 11 of them were wanted under active arrest warrants.
