Kuwait Army Warns Public Against Touching Missile Debris, Urges Immediate Reporting

KUWAIT CITY, Jun 3: Kuwait's General Staff of the Army has urged citizens and residents to avoid approaching or touching any debris, shrapnel, or unidentified objects that may result from the interception of hostile aerial targets, warning that such remnants could pose serious risks to public safety.

In a statement issued by the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi, the military called on the public to immediately report any suspicious remnants or objects by contacting the emergency hotline (112) or notifying the relevant authorities. The Army stressed the importance of following security and safety instructions and relying only on authorized official sources for information.

The General Staff also appealed for full public cooperation and adherence to the issued guidelines to help safeguard the security and safety of everyone across the country.
