Kuwait Army delegation visits Pakistan to strengthen military cooperation

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: A delegation from the Kuwaiti Army, headed by Brigadier General Engineer Salah Saud Al-Azmi, Deputy Chief of Staff of the General Staff for Supply and Provisioning, has visited Pakistan to discuss logistical and technical cooperation between the two countries.

The delegation, which included Brigadier General Khalifa Daij Al-Sabah, Chief of the Armament and Equipment Authority, held official meetings with senior Pakistani military leaders in the fields of supply and logistical services. Discussions focused on exchanging expertise and exploring opportunities for cooperation, particularly in technical and logistical areas.

During the visit, the Kuwaiti delegation also toured military facilities, technical workshops, transportation assets, the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering College, and training and simulation centers to learn about operational mechanisms and available capabilities.

Al-Azmi said the visit reflects the Kuwaiti Army’s commitment to strengthening military cooperation with friendly countries, exchanging expertise and benefiting from international experience in logistical and technical fields. He said such cooperation contributes to developing capabilities and enhancing the efficiency and readiness of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces.
