KUWAIT CITY, July 8: Kuwait's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Jarah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, met India's Minister of External Affairs, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, on Wednesday during the Indian minister's official visit to Kuwait.

The two ministers reviewed the longstanding historical ties between Kuwait and India and discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation across various sectors. They emphasized enhancing bilateral coordination and expanding the framework of collaboration to broader levels.

The meeting also covered the latest regional and international developments, with both sides exchanging views on issues of mutual interest.

Following the talks, Sheikh Jarah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah hosted a luncheon in honor of Dr. Jaishankar and the accompanying Indian delegation, underscoring the close and friendly relations between the two countries.
