Kuwait Amir receives Saudi King’s invitation to GCC-EU summit

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 21: His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a written message from Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud inviting him to participate in the second summit between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Union.

The message was delivered to the Amir by Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khaled Al Saud.

The GCC-EU summit brings together leaders from the Gulf states and the European Union to discuss regional and international issues and ways to strengthen cooperation between the two sides.
