Kuwait Amir, Oman Sultan Exchange Eid al-Adha Greetings

KUWAIT CITY, May 28: His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a phone call from His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al-Muazzam, the Sultan of Oman, during which the two leaders exchanged greetings on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha.

During the call, the Sultan extended his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Amir, praying that the occasion brings continued prosperity, blessings, and goodwill to the leadership and people of Kuwait, Oman, and the wider Arab and Islamic world. He also wished the Amir good health and well-being, and further progress and prosperity for Kuwait under its leadership.

In response, the Amir expressed his deep appreciation for the gesture. He conveyed reciprocal Eid greetings to Sultan Haitham, wishing him continued health and happiness, and extending best wishes for further development and prosperity for Oman under its wise leadership.

The exchange reflects the strong fraternal ties and longstanding historic relations between the two sisterly nations.
