HH the Amir receives Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 8 : His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Sunday at Bayan Palace His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al- Hamad Al-Sabah. His Highness the Amir also received His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. His Highness the Amir received First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al- Sabah. Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received on Sunday at Bayan Palace His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, along with his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their official visit to the country. During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman conveyed to His Highness the Amir the warm greetings and appreciation of the Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani wishing him good health and continuous progress for the people of Kuwait. In return, His Highness the Amir conveyed his sincere greetings and best wishes to the Qatari Amir wishing him and his people continued development, prosperity, and stability.

HH the Crown Prince receives Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs

The meeting was attended by Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al- Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Chief of His Highness the Crown Prince Office retired General Jamal Al-Theyab, Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Abdulaziz Mishal Mubarak Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Mazen Al-Issa. Similarly, His Highness the Crown Prince Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al- Sabah received on Sunday at Bayan Palace the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, along his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their official visit to the country. During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman conveyed to His Highness the Crown Prince the greetings and regards of the Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al- Thani and his Deputy Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani. In return, His Highness the Crown Prince sent his greetings to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al- Thani, wishing them good health and wellness. The meeting was attended by Head of the Crown Prince’s Diwan Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and senior officials.

The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and his accompanying delegation arrived in Kuwait on Sunday on an official visit. He was received at Kuwait’s International Airport by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. The Qatari premier was also welcomed by Head of the Amiri Diwan Abdulaziz Al-Dakhil, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Acting Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Aziz Al-Dihani, Assistant Foreign Minister for GCC Affairs Ambassador Najib Al-Bader, Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait Ali Al-Mahmoud, and senior state officials.
