KUWAIT, Aug 14: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations on Sunday to President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi on his country’s Independence Day. His Highness the Amir wished the President good health and wellbeing.
