Kuwait all set for AFC Asian Fustal Cup

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 26: Kuwait’s national football team are all set to take part in the AFC Asian Futsal Cup. In the opener Kuwait will meet Oman in Group A at Sheikh Saad Al Abduallah Complex.

16 Teams are participating in the tournament which is divided into four groups and the championship will continue until October 8. Following teams are in :

Group A: Kuwait, Oman, Thailand  and Iraq
Group B: Uzbekistan, Bahrain,  Tajikistan and Turkmenistan
Group C: Iran,  Lebanon, Chinese Taipei and Indonesia
Group D: Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Japan and South Korea

Kuwait being the hosts of the tournament playing in front of a home crowd Kuwaiti players are eyeing at the title.
